Hugging this character: Sure, but his reaction depends on the person. He won't shove you away if you're a stranger or not close to him, but he won't hug back.

Flirting with this character: Sure, but don't expect him to pick up on it easily unless you're already dating him or super obvious. Poor boy has terrible social skills.

Kissing this character: Not without permission unless the thread IS surprise kisses, or if you're his established lover.
